Ristorante Hotel Colombo is famous for its specialities with raw fish, grilled meats and early seasonal delicacies and is a perfect place for business dinners and special occasions. The fruit of many 25 years’ experience in the sector of the Soncin family (running a large fishmonger’s in Jesolo) it owes its fame in the area especially to the high degree of professionalism and great talent of Chef Nicola Soncin, who boasts a curriculum filled with important restaurants, including Da Odino (in Quarto d'Altino) and Desiderio (in San Biagio di Callalta).
Great care has been given to every single detail of the restaurant’s sober, refined style and here clients can enjoy themselves, chatting pleasantly with friends or colleagues in complete peace, surrounded by a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere. The restaurant can seat up to 170 people and has three separate rooms. It has a large cloakrooms and a well-stocked cellar offering wines from the best Italian and international producers. It is open all year round (Tuesday evenings are reserved exclusively for hotel guests) and it provides a catering service for all types of receptions and banquets. The cosy, welcoming Bar is open from five in the morning to one in the morning and is available all day for a short break or for more intimate appointments at the end of the evening. It is small, finely decorated and elegant and is an excellent place for cocktails and light refreshments.
